(Solved) ERROR 2003 (HY000): Can’t connect to MySQL server on ‘localhost’ (10061)

Reason:

1. It is not able to find the server or

2. Server may be in stop state.

Solutions:

If you are using the xampp open the xampp control panel and start the mysql service. Then try connecting the server, I hope now you can able to connect to mysql server.
